I am a Professional Certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and Placenta Specialist based in New Jersey. I help birthing people through their birth journey gently through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, comfort measures and overall birth education. As a Postpartum Doula I assist new parents in becoming the best parents they can be, providing guidance and support where neccessary.
