Bio
I consider it an honor to support expectant parents as they navigate the sacred experience of pregnancy and childbirth. I’ve completed formal doula training through DONA International, and am a Professional Member of Evidence Based Birth ®. I am also a registered yoga instructor. As a doula, I aim to ensure that my clients feel informed, supported, emboldened, and prepared as they ready themselves to welcome new life into the world.
