Zen Holmes is the founder of Comfy Momma Prenatal and Postpartum Support. She is an Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Educator, a Certified Birth Doula (DONA & Manhattan Birth), a Certified Lactation Counselor, an Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Zen offers childbirth education, newborn care and breastfeeding classes and guided meditations aimed at reducing fear and preparing the mind/body to relax during childbirth. Zen is also a mom of 5.
